There are many aspects of our lives that can be very stressful. That stress takes a toll on our minds and our bodies. It hurts our ability to be present with those we love and care about. Follow a correctional officer in a maximum security prison as he discovers ways of “Finding the Silence” and learns to TakeCare. Like him, we can also develop the ability to recognize the stress that is happening in our lives, experience the calm of meditation and access our own internal power to then let it go.
